Joe McLusky
Vice President
Joe has nearly 20 years experience as a Senior Manager at companies including Shine, Lime Pictures, ITV Studios, Carbon Media and Granada TV. He's worked on over 300 different series in almost every genre, and has set up and run shows in the UK and the USA.
Jeff Anderson
Director of Factual
Jeff joined Elephant House from the BBC where he was Head of Features and Daytime. Previous roles include: Stints as Editor of Watchdog and This Morning and Controller of Current Affairs, Documentaries, Arts and Religion for ITV.
Maureen MacPhee
Head of Production
Maureen’s career has spanned 20 years working at the BBC and at indies including Dragonfly, IWC, Shed Media, Optomen and Popkorn. Before EHS, she was HOP at Cactus TV. Of all the multiple genres she’s worked in, drama is her biggest passion.
Holly Davies
Head of Development (on maternity leave)
Holly has headed up development at Renegade; Spun Gold; Tiger Aspect; Crackit and Fresh One and has held senior development roles at Dragonfly and the BBC. She has devised a diverse range of shows for multiple broadcasters.
Oliver Wright
Executive Producer
Oliver has developed, directed and produced over 200 hours of ratings winning television for multiple broadcasters. Working across all genres he's held senior positions at Brighter Pictures, Remarkable Television and Arrow Media.
Mark Powell
Executive Producer
In a career spanning over twenty years Mark has held senior positions at Granada, ITV, Liberty Bell, Talkback and Transparent Television, producing programmes across multiple genres for all of the major UK broadcasters.
Tim Marckwald
Production Manager
Tim has been a Production Manager with Elephant House since the beginning and has worked across a wide variety of productions. He’s currently Cruising With Jane McDonald and has a general disdain for cheese.
Andy Bainbridge
Junior Production Manager
Andy began his career at RDF Television as an intern in 2011. Since then he has worked across numerous productions at RDF, betty, Studio Lambert and Firecracker and has now begun his new role as our staff Junior Production Manager.
Simon Wright
Talent Manager
Simon has spent the last 15 years working for companies such as BBC, Raw and UKTV, and has hired 1000s of people in that time. He is passionate about increasing the diversity of our teams.
Michael Keane
Development Assistant Producer
Since joining Channel 5’s in-house development team in 2015, Michael's been involved in developing shows such as Adolf and Eva: Love and War and Get Your Tatts Out: Kavos Inked, and the reality series Make Or Break?
Theo Cram
Theo is a core member of the In-House production team, helping to produce a diverse range of programming content. With a bright future ahead of him, he is excited for the challenges that lie ahead!
Charlotte Johnson
Assistant Producer
Charlotte previously worked at ITV and Endemol before joining the in-house Channel 5 production team in 2016. She has worked on a variety of shows including Britain by Bike, The Railways that Built Britain and World's Greatest Bridges.
